200 Sit -ups a Day
I really want to lose weight before September 26, 2009, which is Kayrine’s Wedding Day. So today, I decided to have at least 200 sit -ups per day. I used my sisters Ab Rocket to help me with the crunches. I’m not really expecting to lose a lot here, I may not even get thin by doing this. But at least I have something to start with. I also have to reduce my rice intake, which I usually cheat on. Aja! Fighting!
